This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. Seller warrants that every precaution has been taken to insure the physical soundness and mental stability of this puppy to date. Puppy is active, eating well, and has been checked by a licensed veterinarian. The puppy has had temporary inoculations against distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza & parvovirus, adenovirus, & has been checked for worms and wormed if necessary at 4 & 6 weeks of age. But, the puppy is not fully protected until it receives ALL booster shots. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to continue such to completion. Puppy should not be exposed to other dogs or the public until such boosters have been completed. The purchaser has a guarantee extending for 3 days from date of purchase in which to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian. If the vet finds the puppy to have a serious life-threatening health problem, it will be exchanged or the purchase price will be refunded. A letter from the examining vet must be shown as evidence of the puppy's illness.

Purchaser agrees to exercise normal care in maintaining this puppy's health. This includes the following:

Routine preventive care- annual physical exams, annual vaccinations, & heart worm screeningA high quality dog food such as Iams, Eukanuba or Purina One

Monthly heart worm prevention & flea control

Keeping the dog in a fenced area or on a leash when outside (cockers are attracted like magnets to moving tires)

At no time chaining or "tieing out" the dog

Keeping an ID tag on the dog's collar at all times

In the case that you can no longer keep the pet, you will find a good home for it or contact the breeder to help you find a home for the dog. This puppy will not, under any circumstances, be abandoned or taken to an animal shelter.

Health Guarantee 1 year:

If at any time before the puppy's 1st birthday, the puppy is found to have a life threatening congenital defect that prevents the puppy from leading a normal life or prohibits the pup from maintaining a normal pet/companion relationship...Have your vet document this condition with a signed written statement. Upon return of the defective puppy, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given upon availability. The defective puppy must be in good clean condition as when it left the seller. It must be current on all vacinations/deworming and have been maintained on a healthy diet. In the event of death, an autopsy must be obtained to establish cause. The seller is not responsible for any illness, accident, or emergency care that occurs after the puppy leaves the seller's premises.

DepositsA deposit of $200.00 is required for down payment and remaining balance is due 7 days before shipping including all air fares or when the puppy is picked up before 8 weeks.

Buyer acknowledges: Dropping, squeezing, rough play, or stress can cause havoc on a puppy's health. Seller has provided the buyer with information on appropriate care and treatment of a small puppy. The seller is not responsible for any vet bills due to trauma of the puppy after it leave these premises. The seller has the right to cancel this sale at anytime and all deposits and money paid toward the puppy will be refunded in cash immediately.Both Seller and Buyer have read the terms here: understand and agree to the sales contract. The buyer has been given instructions and understands the care necessary for a puppy.

American Kennel Club Full Registration application forms will be provided at the time of sale when puppy is picked up or shipped unless the papers have not been received from AKC (Unless other wise stated). In such case the papers will be sent upon arrival from AKC. This is a very rare case as most of the time the papers will be given at the time of the pickup of puppy.
